REFUNDS

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, the customer has the right to return the product within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. The product must be in its original condition, unused, its packaging intact (closed) and include the original content. In this case, the return costs will be borne by the customer.

Returns will only be accepted after inspection of the product to be returned. The product must be in the exact same condition as it was delivered.
In all cases of return, the customer is responsible for returning all documents accompanying the product intact and in excellent condition (e.g. invoice, retail receipt).
In any case, the cost of shipping returns is borne by the customer.
